  • Strengthening confidence and self-esteem - define your personal values, passions and life direction, discover your new identity and goals.
  • Processing overwhelm and grief - Develop a roadmap to practically navigate your change: emotionally, logistically, physically while encouraging self-care and healing.
  • Rebuilding or creating a healthy social support network - guidance on managing new social structures and relationship dynamics and identifying new opportunities.
  • Supporting the "business side" of change - managing a move, organizing a new household/routine, planning for the future, budgeting, asset division/protection, job searching and adapting to financial/physical ramifications.
  • Challenging limiting beliefs - remove blockages that are keeping you from getting what you want, clear out negative self-talk, overcome doubts, fears, procrastination and self-sabotage.
  • Developing new habits - set healthy boundaries, create overall healthy patterns for the life you want, establish a new way of engaging with your ex/ex-coworkers, handle disagreements respectfully and effectively, manage social media and expectations.

Sessions

Weekly 60-minute sessions — $75 per session (for at least 8 consecutive weeks)
Bi-monthly/Monthly 60-minute sessions — $100 per session
